Media

If you upload images or business registration documents to the website (such as tax certificates or custom roasting specs), you should avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors or third-party tools accessing public sections of the website can download and extract location data from public images.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment or complete a public interaction, the comment and its associated metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows our system to recognize and approve follow-up interactions automatically rather than holding them in a moderation queue.

For users and B2B buyers that register an account on our website, we store the personal and commercial information provided within their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their registered username). System administrators can also view and update that information to maintain operational accuracy.

What rights you have over your data

If you hold an account on this site, have placed orders, or have left comments, you can request an exported file containing the personal data we hold about you, including any information you provided directly to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold regarding your profile.
